Ordering Policy - To ensure freshness, all orders must be received by Wednesday at 5pm to be available for Sunday/Monday delivery the following week. This gives our Nutrition coaches the ability to personalize each meal and our award winning chefs the ability to shop for and prepare each of your delicious meals. Please specify If Sunday or Monday delivery is preferred and the time window that best fits your schedule. By paying with a credit card you may also leave a chilled ice chest on your door step so that our driver can deliver your nutrition even when you're not home. All deliveries that are received after the Wednesday at 5pm cut off will be delivered on the next delivery cycle the following week.

Sunday from 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm
Monday from 8am-10am, 10am-12pm
Thursday from 8am-10am, 10am-12pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm

Shipping policy - Currently we are only delivering in the metropolitan New Orleans area with the exceptions of the following zip codes: 70117,70127, 70128, 70129, 70131.

We plan to be available nation wide soon so please check back.

Refund policy - All sales are final if there is a problem with a meal please call our office and a qualified technician will assist you with your issue.
