Our Lead Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Erik Frank, has had a lifelong passion for health and fitness. A Certified Personal Trainer and Speed, Strength, and Agility Coach since 2001, he has worked as both personal trainer and fitness coordinator for The New Orleans Athletic Club and Saint Charles Avenue Athletic Club. In 2010, Frank achieved a life-long goal by winning the American Powerlifing Association’s National Championship in the 275-pound weight class. He set a meet record with a 462 pound raw bench press. He has since retired from the sport of powerlifting to devote more time to educating members of the community on the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise. Frank is an expert in the concept of blood sugar stabilization and has used his expertise to help clients loose hundreds of pounds while adding years to their lives. |
Aaron Goldberg is our Vice President of production as well as our executive chef. most recently Aaron spent 2 and a half years honing his pizza tossing and managerial skills at slice pizzeria. Aaron drastically changed his own eating habits after being labeled pre-diabetic and his passion for healthy delicious food shows in the quality of our meals. Aaron believes that eating healthy not only makes him feel better, but gives him the energy needed to succeed. When not cooking in our kitchen, Aaron can be found mentoring at risk youth in the culinary arts, lifting weights at the New Orleans Athletic Club, riding his bike in and around city park, or cooking at home for friends and family. |
Rebecca Riche Frank, R.N., B.S.N., has always had an avid love for health and wellness since her childhood. A certified personal trainer since 2003, she has worked as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer at LSU, UNO and St. Charles Avenue Athletic Club. Frank has also trained exclusively in boxing for eight years, developing a “Fitness Boxing” class for the LSU football team in 2004. She is a 2008 graduate of Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center: School of Nursing, receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Currently, Frank is employed by a hospital in New Orleans as a Registered Nurse since 2008. She strongly believes in the importance of health promotion, especially related to children. Frank’s platform is to combine fitness and nutrition in the fight against childhood obesity. |
